Wedding Wish Tree

Posted on Thursday 5 June 2008

If want to capture your very special day forever -and isn't this something every bride wants- you have many different options to do so. The traditional way is to have your guests sign into a  Guest Book (-or, if you you like a more "hip"-approach, you could have a Photo Guest Book instead). But there are other things you can do, too, and one of them is a Wish Tree.

A Wish Tree collects the wishes for love and the future life of the guest of bride an groom. They are written on small pieces of paper and hung on the tree. A metal Wish Tree can be bought in stores or simply use a plant like a fichus tree. When the wedding day is over, the wishes can be collected and placed into a keepsake box or an wedding album.

A neat idea: The wedding favors can be hung on the tree and the guests can take them in exchange for their wishes.

Low Cost Wedding Favors

Posted on Monday 2 June 2008

Here are three ideas for low-cost wedding favors.

Candy

Sweets are liked by kids and grown-ups alike. They can be presented in bowls or in mesh-bags. Just be sure that every piece is single wrapped.

Key Rings

Key rings are one the things everyone can use. They come in all different shapes, so it'll be easy to find one that fits the theme of your special day.

Candles

Candles make for an excellent wedding favor. You can even find online scores that let you create your own candle-boxes. This way you can give a beautiful and unique favor to your guests.
